The aim of the workshop was to present both results that have been developed in the
HomeCare project: the Elderly Home Care Training Path for Informal Care and the
HomeCare platform (an open internet course) for the informal caregivers of the
elderly.
Presentation of HomeCare project results was a basic for discussion with seminar’s
participants on how to support informal caregivers, defined as "invisible" entities in
the care of dependent elderly people, often not registered anywhere in the social
services system.
In the workshop 26 participants took part.
